BZ-FR1913 is a halogen-free intumescent flame retardant specifically designed for polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), and thermoplastic vulcanizates (TPV). It primarily uses phosphorus and nitrogen as the main flame-retardant elements (the system does not contain APP). The flame retardancy is achieved through char formation and intumescence. BZ-FR1913 complies with RoHS and REACH regulations, offering high flame-retardant efficiency, excellent thermal stability, no migration, good water resistance, light aging resistance, and low smoke and non-toxic properties.

BZ-FR1916 is a halogen-free intumescent flame retardant, specifically designed by Chongqing Baozhuan New Material Technology Co., Ltd. for polyolefins such as PP, PE, and TPV. It primarily uses phosphorus and nitrogen as the key flame-retardant elements and does not contain ammonium polyphosphate (APP). The flame-retardant mechanism is based on char formation and intumescence.

BZ-GS100 is a halogen-free intumescent flame retardant specially designed by our company for PBT materials, with phosphorus and silicon as the main flame-retardant elements. It exerts a flame-retardant effect mainly through the gas-phase flame-retardant mechanism and is compliant with RoHS and REACH regulations.
The most prominent features of this product are excellent resistance to blooming and good processability. It also combines high flame retardancy, water resistance, light aging resistance, low smoke emission and non-toxicity. With the addition of BZ-GS100, the flame retardant rating can reach UL 94 V-0.

BZ-HC191 is a halogen-free flame retardant specifically designed for PA6, PA66, and PBT, utilizing phosphorus and nitrogen as the primary flame-retardant elements. It complies with RoHS and REACH regulations and offers high flame-retardant efficiency, excellent thermal stability, no precipitation, good water resistance, light aging resistance, low smoke, and non-toxic properties. BZ-HC191 exhibits very high thermal stability with a decomposition temperature of ≥360°C.
