BZ-HC198 is a halogen-free intumescent flame retardant specially designed by our company for PA and PBT materials, with phosphorus and nitrogen as the main flame-retardant elements. It exerts a flame-retardant effect mainly through the gas-phase flame-retardant mechanism and is compliant with RoHS and REACH regulations.
The most prominent features of this product are excellent resistance to blooming and good processability. It also combines high flame retardancy, water resistance, light aging resistance, low smoke emission and non-toxicity. With the addition of BZ-HC198, the flame retardant rating can reach UL 94 V-0.

BZ-HC198 can be applied to PA and PBT materials used in automotive electronics, electrical enclosures, daily necessities, etc., effectively solving the flame retardancy requirements of materials.
