BZEM105 is a silicone masterbatch with ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) resin as the carrier, modified with organic groups and ultra-high molecular weight polysiloxane. This masterbatch, manufactured using a special process, effectively enhances the wear and scratch resistance of products while improving resin flow, processability, and surface gloss. Unlike traditional low-molecular-weight additives, the high-molecular-weight silicone system does not compromise the mechanical properties of the product, does not migrate, and does not cause discoloration.

BZEM105 can be directly mixed with the resin. The recommended addition rate is 1-5%, depending on the desired properties of the final product.
