BZSP001 is an ultra-high molecular weight polysiloxane silicone powder offered by Chongqing Baozhuan New Material Technology Co., Ltd. It does not contain organic carriers and offers superior processing performance and enhanced surface properties. BZSP001 overcomes the limitations of traditional additives like silicone oil and silicone rubber. It features high silicone content, large molecular weight, no migration or exudation, better release properties, non-slip behavior during extrusion, and a broader range of applications.

Directly mix BZSP001 with the resin. The recommended addition rates are: When the addition amount is 1.0%-2.0%, it can improve the processability, fluidity and demoulding properties of the product; it can improve the surface properties of the product (smoothness, finish, scratch resistance, wear resistance, etc.). When used for wear resistance, adding 0.5-3% can reduce the wear by 30-80%.
